Create a new Credit Card Charge

This endpoint has been replaced by the Payment Authorization endpoint.
Using a customer payment account code (Previously know as the card code) this endpoint will process a credit card payment.

After a successful request, the body will return a payment code which can be used to query the status of the payment at a later date.
